This GRIIDC host runs a Globus GridFTP node for large dataset distribution, and can also provide file access via rsync/sftp/scp by request. Please contact us at help@griidc.org if you require assistance. For datasets with a large number of files, rsync or Globus works best, and are both robust and resume-friendly.
You can (should) verify your data transfer by comparing against the checksums located in the CHECKSUMS folder. These are generated by the open-source deephash tool, which can be run in an "audit" mode to verify your download. It's multi-core friendly.
